How it works

The promise, the stake, and the clock are readable by anyone at the contract address. No taking it back quietly.
The clock runs out
Once the deadline passes, anyone can call verification by posting the request deposit. The bond can't be ignored.
An agent settles it
A Somnia Agent reads the evidence. Kept → your stake comes home. Broken → it goes to the forfeit recipient.
